THE OPPORTUNITY

We have the exciting opportunity to join our growing and thriving Social team as Social Media & Influencer Executive. You will be working across our global Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton brands, with a focus on launching and developing new social media channels for the US market

You will make an impact by creating scroll-stopping content for our US market across a variety of social channels including; Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Pinterest. This is a collaborative role where you will work with the wider Social and Marketing team to ensure we are creating engaging innovative content in line with our marketing calendar, maximising the quality of content and engagement.

If you have experience working within Social Media, are social media obsessed with a keen interest in the fashion social space and stay up to date with emerging content trends, this may be the perfect role for you!

This is a hybrid role meaning you'll be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire 1-2 times a week on average, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs and you will have flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week. Due to the nature of social media, there will be ad-hoc requirement to work during weekends/evenings.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Creating engaging, innovative and relevant social media content for our global Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton brands, focusing on US market in-house and on location/shoots/events that is aligned to the marketing calendar and within brand guidelines
  • Managing the day to day running of all US social channels
  • Supporting the Senior Social Media and Influencer Coordinators with any tasks across all brands as reasonably requested that will drive follower growth, reach and engagement
  • Supporting with ideation, creation and editing of all social media content across all social media channels
  • Gathering key data from our US social channels for weekly and monthly social reporting
  • Ensuring all content is engaging and relevant per platform to exceed reach, following and e-commerce traffic KPIs alongside the wider Marketing team including Social and Brand Teams
  • Working with the Social Media team to interpret platform analytics to inform ongoing content improvements and help continue to grow our community
  • Working alongside the Social Team to help manage our Influencer Community Platform and communicate with wider teams when new content is available
  • Establishing partnerships with influencers and nurture relationships to drive brand awareness in the US, whilst continuously researching new influencers relevant to US market and our brands values
  • Supporting the management of the brand social media calendars, actively putting forward suggestions that could feed into overall strategic direction of the social content plans
  • Participating in the ideation of new social media content plans, actively bringing US market research and competitor analysis for review
  • Using high levels of attention to detail to spot any potential errors or opportunities across all channels, and raise accordingly
  • Appropriately reacting to customer engagement, escalating any customer queries to internal Customer Service team where required
  • Collaborating with Senior Social Media & Influencer Coordinators and in-house Creative team to support briefing content for US Joma Jewellery social platforms
  • Collaborating with Copywriters to create engaging copy for the US market in line with the social media content calendar
  • Assisting with community management as required

THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING

  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a relatable industry
  • Experience managing US social platforms
  • Highly creative and have a passion for storytelling
  • You are ahead of the trends and can create reactive and engaging forms of content
  • Experience using Instagram, TikTok and editing apps to create innovative social content
  • Self-starting and flexile with an always-on attitude – happy to capture content on the go, wherever an opportunity arises
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Happy to be behind and in front of the camera with proven experience with content creation (flatlay, IG reels/TikToks, streetstyle)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience launching new brand socials is desirable

  • A salary of £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
