BASE is a digital marketing agency for the outdoors industry. We offer services in social media management, digital advertising, content creation and email marketing.
Due to exponential growth within the company, we're looking to bring on an ad hoc digital marketing manager to assist with the planning and implementation of our campaigns.
No two days look the same at BASE, you could go from planning Instagram posts to compiling data for client review.
Responsibilities:
- Working with clients to create outstanding digital marketing strategies
- Complete audits of client’s social media profiles, website, ads campaigns etc.
- Create an editorial calendar for all social media content.
- Implement the editorial calendar across all social media platforms and networks.
- Work as part of a team to develop creative, original content that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor the success of social media campaigns by evaluating metrics such as reach, frequency, and conversion rate.
- Write, design, and edit social media posts and other forms of content.
- Write and coordinate the creation of graphics and videos for social media.
- Engage with customers on social media; reply to comments, share reviews etc.
- Create high-performing ad campaigns across a range of social media channels
Skills:
- Research - Identifying clients target audience, competitor analysis etc.
- Creative copywriting for social media posts, blogs, website content etc.
- Basic graphic design on Canva Pro
- Great customer service skills
- Digital Ad creation, implementation and management.
- Report generation using statistics from social media channels
We use SocialPilot for post scheduling, marketing and analytics. Experience using this software is preferred but not essential.
This is an Ad hoc agreement. There is no obligation for you to complete a minimum or maximum number of hours and all work will be discussed before onset. You can choose to accept / decline work and will be able to complete any tasks in your own working hours (if work meets the deadline agreed).
You will be supported by our management team to ensure that you are confident in completing any tasks and will be on hand for any issues or questions. You'll be included in our regular CPD to build knowledge, learn new skills and keep up to date on current trends etc.
This role is ideal for any freelance social media managers looking to increase working hours or marketing students looking to gain experience in the industry.
Job Type: Freelance
Salary: £10.00-£15.00 per hour
