Job description

We are a leading website platform specialising in the recruitment of a niche luxury industry for high net worth individuals. We have an excellent reputation already, but you will be joining at the start of an incredibly exciting time for the next stage of our business growth. To support this, an opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to lead social media and all associated content creation for our websites, blog, channels, email, documentation and case studies.

This role will give you a wide remit where you can lead and enjoy extensive responsibility. You will define the strategy with our support, so should feel confident and experienced enough to do so, but equally you will be on the ground posting live content from events when required.

As we are a small but agile team, a keen attitude to learn both about the industry and all aspects of the business is expected as well as great attention to detail and the desire to go above and beyond. This is purely as this is an exciting time for us and this role and we want someone who is on the journey with us, we don't expect ridiculous hours or working weekends.

Occasional travel will be required however, so this should be something that is an exciting prospect for you and works with your home life balance.

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of all social media platforms including TikTok
  • Strong understanding of brand image and appealing to relevant defined target audience
  • Articulate content writing and creative skills suitable for each platform
  • Basic videography experience - simple content capture and editing only
  • Good familiarity of the platform algorithms and optimisation
  • SEO awareness and an ability to write appropriately
  • Confident communication for contributing new and innovative ideas
  • Organisational and logical thinking, ability prioritise and work across multiple projects
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines when required
  • Basic data analysis and interpretation to draw actionable insights
  • Excellent networking skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the social media strategy
  • Set goals to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion
  • Lead our content creation plan including competitions and campaigns
  • Schedule, monitor and respond across all channels
  • Write and create engaging multimedia content
  • Monitor and report on performance using analytics
  • Recommend relevant tools or platform developments to ensure we are keeping up to date with latest technology and developments
  • Attend business events and trade shows when required

Experience: (These are preferred and having all is not essential)

  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing a successful social media channel(s), this could be your own personal account or a business
  • Demonstrative growth on those channels
  • Ability to share some examples of successful content that generated engagement and/or conversion
  • Experience in relation to advertising/branding
  • Graphic design experience
  • Paid social campaign management
