Job description

Fleek is a B2B Marketplace for wholesale second hand fashion. We enable professional resellers and retail stores to buy from vintage clothing suppliers from around the world.

Role specific details

You will be joining the Fleek Growth Team and will be responsible for all things social media and community based. Social Media is one of the fastest growing and most impactful business development and growth channels for Fleek. You will:

  • Own end to end planning and execution for all content publishing – this includes planning, content creation, drafting, scheduling, publishing, monitoring and reporting
  • Innovate and implement new ideas to run sales campaigns such as auctions, story sales, and more to help develop social as a sales channel
  • Collaborate closely with our Operations and Customer Experience team to ensure our CX approach answers our audience needs through social channels
  • Find and engage relevant creators for social content, manage relationships and execute paid campaigns
  • Build Fleek's community through owned channels, and consistently engage resellers and stores that are a part of the Fleek Community


Requirements

You need to be creative, innovative and an analytical thinker. Our buyers and sellers are hard working resellers and stores. Being able to have a voice that resonates with our user base is important for success in this role! You should also be willing to wear multiple hats as we grow.

  • Ideally you have worked at a high growth startup before and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • 2+ years of experience in a social leadership role across consumer social media platforms
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, managing calendars and campaign documents
  • Keen interest in emerging platforms and technologies
  • Strong knowledge of social media metrics and content performance
  • Strong copywriting skills, and an ability to adapt brand tone of voice to reflect community expectations
  • Being a member of the reseller or vintage community a huge plus!
