Job Description
- Reporting
- Management of the Global Social Impact reporting, including outreach to key champions in PageGroup to gather in data on a quarterly basis
- Collation of data, including identifying missing data and resolving anomalies
- Analysis of data to assess progress and seek areas for improvement
- Preparing visualisations of data and accompanying narrative for communications to the business
- Measure the impact of key Changing Lives initiatives
Programme delivery - support the Social Impact manager with:- Bringing the Global Social Impact strategy to life
- Delivery of globally led programmes, partnerships and events
- Support to the regions to find, launch and deliver partnerships and Social Impact events in line with the global strategy
- Develop and engage a network of global Social Impact champions
Communications- Prepare information on sustainability for inclusion in reports, questionnaires, newsletters, webpages, social media and for management;
- Prepare information on sustainability for external stakeholders including clients;
- Support with preparation for internal engagement, such as training and webinars to the business.
Administration- Support with the development of centralised resources for the business on Sustainability & Social Impact
- Assist with the wider sustainability project as necessary
The Successful Applicant
- Strong interest and passion for social impact and sustainability, with a desire to build a career in the industry;
- Strong excel and analytical skills;
- Some experience with programme management;
- The ability to build and maintain colleague relationships through a variety of mediums;
- Highly organised; can work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Team player with the ability to also work independently;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; and
- Willingness to assist colleagues in busy times.
