Social Engagement Process Professional
- Building and monitoring end to end project plans to bring the activities of the team together, highlighting risks, assumptions dependencies and issues.
- Ensuring community activities meet the highest learning standards and deliver a meaningful experience for both learners, volunteers, and event leaders.
- Designing and maintaining a Group wide online learning platform to engage volunteers, host resources, showcase planned events and link volunteering to employee skills development.
- Planning and implementing a programme of industry leading events and activities across all the UK nations and regions our customers live and work in.
- Creating a regional network of diverse and inclusive volunteer hubs to bring together employees, harness their passion and empower them to deliver our portfolio of activities.
- Taking legal responsibility for data protection, retention, and disposal to protect stakeholder privacy.
- Supplying insight and analysis of data to assess audience thinking and behaviours, developing continuous improvement of our offerings and forecasting future trends.
- Bringing data to life through engaging graphic representation and social impact storytelling to enable our pan-BT Group colleagues and stakeholders understand and talk about our work to customers and key opinion formers.
- Writing, and planning the delivery of, influential messaging that empowers our public affairs, and internal communications teams to regularly market and showcase our social impact activities.
- Working with our partners to ensure coverage of our events is amplified to target audiences including, but not limited to teachers, parents, customers, and social responsibility key opinion formers
- Highly organised and efficient delivery of complex project management.
- Producing end to end collaborative and agile online project plans that meet clear objectives and highlight Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies.
- Investigative approach to ambiguous requests, researching stakeholders to analyse their needs and providing recommendations to respond.
- Prioritising delivery of high quality, valuable learner and partner experiences.
- Building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating straightforward and influential communications that engage the audience to consider different perspectives, outline social impact and lead a call to action.
- Collecting, extracting, interpreting and presenting data in a way that explains complex concepts simply and facilitates decision making.
- Willingness to learn, being open to and seeking out smarter working practices including digital tools and platforms
