Job description
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The right candidate will have a background in planning, organising, leading and supervising personnel in a project management environment. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that all jobs run on schedule and are communicated effectively with the management team as well as subcontractors, vendors, clients and consultants. This is a fast-paced and challenging role where you'll need to enjoy working in a team oriented environment with the ability to multi-task effectively.
Work will include Asbestos roof overcladding, replacement of doors and windows and external decoration and fencing.
Job Types: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 20 weeks
Salary: £200.00-£250.00 per day
