We have a great opportunity to join our Industry Operations department, where you will play an integral part in the efficient running of our Smart Operations team.

What does this role involve?
As a Smart Operations Manager you will effectively manage the health and support of our Smart Metering estate. Playing an integral role in the department's support of field operations, IT development and Service Functions.
Day to day, you will;
- build and maintain third party industry partnerships;
- support the Smart Team Leaders to ensure compliance and efficiency targets are achieved;
- be a point of escalation and ensure resolution to with any outstanding issues;
- work with key stakeholders throughout the business and communicate performance;
- represent Utilita at external industry meetings and committees;
- developing new processes working with Head of Smart Operations
Who are we looking for?
You will be a strong people leader, with a good working knowledge of smart metering. You will be results focused and can drive performance within you team to achieve SLA’s.
To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
