Small Format Print Operative
Based at: Broxburn EH52 5NN
Salary: DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours

Job Role:
To provide a first-class product printing and finishing service to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded. To assist the Production Managers on the production floor during the printing and manufacturing of jobs through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Finishing: Operating Various finishing machines (guillotine, booklet maker, folder laminator etc.)
- Printing: Setting up, maintaining and printing Xerox digital print machines.
- Packaging and delivery: Preparation of products for delivery and collection including packaging and labelling
- MSI / CRM System use: Following The Evolve Groups guidelines, keeping the CRM system up to date with every stage of a job through quoting, design until production is compete.
- Health and Safety & ISO: Ensuring that all work areas are kept in line with Health & Safety regulations and that The Evolve Groups Health & Safety policy is always adhered to. Adhering to all policies and procedures as set out in line with the ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
- Administration: Ensuring that all emails, artwork, and related paperwork are stored both digitally and manually in line with The Evolve Groups process and Data Protection legislation.
- AOB as required
Education and experience:
- 1 Years’ experience of working in a printing environment
- Clean drivers’ license

- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
