This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and innovative Student and Library Services team at Teesside University. These on-site face to face customer facing roles provide a first point of contact for the department in the provision of enquiry services to our university community. Role holders will be expected to provide face to face and virtual support to our customer base, assisting our community to access resources and services.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and who can work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and dealing with a range of customers from across the university community, including students, staff, and researchers. The ability to demonstrate initiative and to be able to problem solve will be an advantage.
Roles available are:
- part time 18.5 hours per week (Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday and Friday)
- full time 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
