MediMD - Skincare Brand
Skincare sales and telephone office assistant
Hours - 10 -12 hours per week - £10.50ph including commission rates / bonus
3 days per week -
Mondays - 10am - 2pm
Tuesdays - 10am - 2pm
Wednesday’s - 10am - 2pm
Hours flexible - negotiable to suit right candidate

MediMD is a medical grade skin brand selling direct B2B professional skin products to aesthetic clinics such as, facial products, chemical skin peels and microneedling products. MediMD have created science backed products that are clinical strength, cosmeceutical grade, vitamin and botanical based using optimal ingredients sourced from years of research. MediMD run an onsite training facility in their medical grade aesthetic skin products.
Sales commission package - On direct new business on new accounts - via telephone
General duties -
- Calling enquiries as they come in / emailing product information
- Calls following up on emailed information
- Following up leads from the monthly WIX lead report - Weekly follow up calls
- Assist the sales director with following up leads - explaining MediMD ordering/training
- Keep a diary log of calls, emails
- Assisting customers on email, telephone and instagram
- Reception and answering the phone
- Monthly calling existing clinics using WIX CRM system
- Customer servicing existing clients though - email, telephone, whatsapp and social media platforms
Good telephone skill required, confidence to call as the role prominently involves making calls to new potential and existing clients
Good customer service skills
Computer literate
Full product training in MediMD skin brand given
Background / interest in skin or aesthetics preferred
Instagram know how
Experience in sales and dealing with clients

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 - 12 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
