Job description
Summary:
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, advising them on suitable treatments and products and carrying out a range of advanced treatments. Other duties will include reception, retailing products, diary management and general administration to support Skin+IQ in achieving mission and vision.
Scope
As a clinical aesthetician it is your responsibility to assist patients in their journey finding the right treatment plan for their individual needs. This will include, consultation, administering skin treatments, hair removal, lasers, record keeping and the overall care of the patient.
The company has set out a patient pathway to which you should follow. Your role is to produce a bespoke treatment plan for patients, as well as encouraging repeat business and retail sales.
Role and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge & Ethics of all related SkinplusIQ Services and Protocols
- Room Set Up - pre & post session
- Laser Protection Supervisor (LPS) responsible for maintenance, management and safety of all lasers, training others and monitoring H&S requirements
- Stock Inventory for In Room Products & Consumables
- Customer Consultation, recommendations, and sales
- Front of house and reception duties as required
- Adhere to and follow all Skin+IQ policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Daily/monthly checks – Including emergency equipment and fridge checks
- Monthly compliance meetings – attendance
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent qualification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sales experience and commercial awareness
- Be passionate about achieving results and combining treatments.
- Good team player, committed, flexible, presentable, conscientious, and reliable.
- Able to work flexible shift pattern
- Display a friendly and professional manner and be able to communicate effectively with patients, management and co-workers
Operating environment and Communication
– Direct communication with Team members concerning daily activities and updates.
– Direct relation with the patients.
– Access to common workstation for access to Software calendar and patient data.
Performance Indicator
- Recognizable good and up to date knowledge in the center’s scope of activity.
- Patient satisfaction as implied or directly mentioned by the patients themselves.
- Treatment success as demonstrated in patient files.
- Growing number of incoming patients and Monthly Revenues
- Annual Appraisals
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
