About The Role
In your role as a Skills Practitioner you will liaise with internal and external customers/stakeholders as necessary or required, provide feedback to students that will aid successful progression and achievement and stock control, to include ordering and issuing of supplies.

About You
We are seeking to appoint an organised and efficient member to our team who has excellent communication skills and can facilitate learners on tasks. You will also provide demonstrations as required in class to aid the delivery of outstanding provision within EKC Group.
The ideal candidate will have recent industrial experience in Engineering. Ideally, they will have experience of machining - specifically lathe and CNC operation. They may also have had previous experience of education or involvement in training in the workplace. They will be able to work with young people to achieve and succeed their full potential aligned with the culture and ethos of the Group.
The successful candidate will have a key responsibility for Instilling and upholding strong Health & Safety standards in practical environments and will purchase resources and materials within budget.
