Skilled Factory Operative – Paediatric Footwear Northampton, England
Job description
Chaneco are delighted to be expanding rapidly and growing as a business and therefore we need an additional Factory Production Operative - someone who can be a real team player and get things done. You will be involved in the production of children’s orthopaedic footwear, which involves many different processes including using grinding and sanding wheels, back part moulding, lasting, soling and gluing stiffeners and toe puffs.
Good hand/eye coordination is essential, as is the ability to manage your own time and workload. We are looking for practical, self-motivated individuals with a friendly, flexible working approach. Experience within footwear manufacture would be an advantage, although not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate.
Our friendly team is based in Brackmills, Northampton, and our hours of work are 7.45am till 4.30pm, Monday - Thursday and 7.45 till 3.15pm on Fridays. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Previous applicants need not reapply.
