Role overview:
Reporting to the Head of Brand, your role will drive the planning, creation and launch of strategic product and cultural campaigns as well as a wide variety of marketing initiatives on time and in budget.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with overall business goals and objectives.
- You'll own the strategic planning and management of key brand campaigns for the business, and ensure that both retail and online have strong representation to help drive awareness to the size? consumer.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all business touch points and take accountability for creative sign off.
- Build and deliver process improvement to ensure efficient campaign delivery with a continuous improvement attitude.
- Working with finance on full budget management utilizing the Coupa system and ensuring that all costs are tracked and accounted for.
- Management and communication of third party brand partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers.
- Maintain the brand calendar and update the relevant departments on key developments.
- The key link in with retail to ensure that activations are carried out to help drive store footfall, based on targets set by the business.
- The management of upcoming brand related projects, working with the teams across the business in retail, digital, merchandising and creative.
- Working collaboratively with key business stakeholders in order to drive the brand forward as a team.
- Lead and develop the team, setting individual KPIs and continually monitoring performance.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- Strong organizational, project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Hands on experience of managing and delivering 360 marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial and analytical aptitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-moving environment as part of a collaborative team.
- Fair and confident when presenting to senior stakeholders
- A willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong management experience.
