Job description
We are looking for a site trainer who is passionate about delivering world-class training for all employees within the operations and wider admin teams. Our Site Trainer will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective training in order to upskill our people and to ensure are workers are comply with the appropriate health & safety measures. This is a great opportunity for the right person to get stuck in and help us deliver on our continuous improvement plan by developing and producing quality training documents - you’ll be able to drive along with full support from our Operations Team and site General Manager. This is a full-time permanent position at our Eismann Way site in Corby, we can offer an annual salary of £30,000 and a generous benefits programme.
Skills and responsibilities of our Site Trainer:
- To recognise any areas of improvements for individuals and if required, offer one-to-one training
- Ensure paperwork detailing training given is produced timely and accurately ensuring evidence of training undertaken is given to HR
- To be responsible for the management of ISO9001;2015 documentation
- To be involved in risk assessments where necessary and ensure all training is carried out for specific activities involved within the operation
- To produce KPI reports on training activity on a month by month basis
- Ensure all training is recorded on the skills matrix and keep fully up to date at all times
What we need from our Site Trainer:
- Previous experience within a similar role within a warehouse related environment
- Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, with particular emphasis on the use of Excel
- Accurate attention to detail at all times
- Ability to work on your own initiative, working to strict deadlines and the ability to carry out interactive teaching
