Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Do you have experience of working with older people and people with disabilities? Do you believe that people should be helped to maintain their independence and treated with dignity and respect?
If so, you could be the person we are looking for to support residents living in extra care housing to set up, manage and maintain their tenancies. The role will also require you to undertake some basic building inspections to ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Derby Homes Limited is an arm's length management organization (ALMO) created by Derby City Council to manage, maintain and improve its council houses and estates.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to develop good working relationships with residents, carers, families and partner agencies.
The successful candidate will be committed to excellent customer service and have the skills to encourage and support a vibrant community within the scheme.
