To create this positive, professional, safe, and progressive working environment the estates team needs strong teams in key areas – Facilities is one of these areas. Our Site Services team is a key part of ensuring campuses are supported efficiently, providing vital porterage and support services.
Hours: Mon-Thr 8.00-4.30 Fri 8.00-3.30
These hours may vary dependant on business requirements, flexibility is required
About the role
As lead of the Site Services team based at either of our Malmesbury or Hullavington campuses, you will support the Estates Facilities function by supervising and coordinating the work of the Site Services team based at those sites. This is a hybrid role where you will spend time working alongside your team as well as looking after administrative tasks. Flexibility will be required to support at either site and ad-hoc tasks across the UK portfolio.
Line management of Site Services team
Recording of requested tasks and allocation to team
Supervision of team in carrying out allocated tasks
Monitor KPI’s, maintain service standards and report on results
Proactive ownership of site standards
Build relationships with key stakeholders to achieve business requirements
Review existing processes and develop as required
Write and update RAMS associated with team tasks
Plan and lead on site projects
Work collaboratively with Facilities Manager to ensure service operations are effective
Actively partake in Estate’s forums and continuous improvement
