Job description

We are a crane hire company looking for experienced Site Representatives / CPCS A61 Appointed Persons to attend our customers sites on a day to day basis to evaluate the craneage required and produce lift plans and method statements. The ideal applicants will be CPCS A61 Appointed Person competent operator "blue" card holders and have experience of planning lifting operations for three or more years. The role is based from home, travelling to sites in a company vehicle. Our operating areas are Bristol, Taunton, Gloucester, Caldicot, Abingdon, Eastleigh and Plymouth. Supervising lifts would also be required from time to time. Occasional weekend working would be available, with overtime rate applied to all weekend work. Holding additional CPCS qualifications such as Slinger Signaller A40 would be a distinct advantage.

We would also consider offering training to the right candidates who already have a good working knowledge of mobile cranes and the necessary mathematically ability along with the desire and appitude to take responsibility for planning lifting operations.
