Site Project Co-Ordinator - Bradford - £25,000 - £35,000 - Permanent

Our client are manufacturers and suppliers of the market leading ‘BARFrame’ stainless steel bar counter building system. They offer a comprehensive and professional bar-planning service, using industry leading CAD drawings to illustrate their proposals and promote the sales of their products.

They are a growing Company with a great team ethic and a strong customer portfolio including major hospitality operators such as Hilton Hotels, Bourne Leisure, Everyman Cinemas and many independent bar operators.

Due to expansion, they currently have a vacancy for a Site Project Co-Ordinator. The role requires a ‘hands on’ individual who can take responsibility for ensuring projects and installations are completed efficiently and deal with any practical queries and after sales support with the customer both on site and at head office. The successful individual will work as part of a cohesive team who will provide a project handover once the order has been placed.

It’s an exciting and varied role and will involve regular travel throughout the UK, on average 2-3 days per week, with overnight stays where required. You will be provided with a Company vehicle, after an initial training period.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good experience of working on site with customers
  • Experience of coordinating several projects all at one time
  • General understanding of Interior Design/Architects drawings
  • Work closely with sales team on pre-orders through to commissioning
  • Be a team player but at the same time be able to work on your own initiative
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Good numeracy, literacy and computer skills using Microsoft Office
  • Essential UK driving licence

You will receive training on their internal systems and processes. After this period you’ll be required to work independently for most of the time, working autonomously to support the sales team to ensure a high level of customer experience.

The remuneration package includes a competitive salary, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, auto-enrolment pension and generous life cover. A vehicle will be provided together with practical equipment to fulfil the role.
