The Company
Due to ongoing expansion, the company is based in the North East of England and has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. We work nationwide and have long term refurbishment contracts within the Hotel, Leisure and Education sectors.
The Role
We are looking for high quality, motivated individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will help deliver the refurbishment of schemes for our long term clients. You will work closely with the support of our Project Management team.
Some of your main roles will include;
- Day to day on Site Health & Safety
- Liaising with the clients team
- Management of quality of work finishes
- Management of the Site Teams (multiple trades)
There is a generous bonus package for works which are complete to the highest of standards.
The successful candidates would require the following certificates/qualifications;
- SMSTS/SSSTS Certificates
- First Aid (3 Day Course)
- CSCS Card
Other qualifications such as IPAF and PASMA would be advantageous but aren't required.
The ideal candidate would have a background in painting and decorating.

Salary: £48,000.00-£57,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Experience:
- Construction Site Managers: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (preferred)
