Job description

Peace Recruitment's client isexperiencing a period of growth and looking for a site manager to join their construction management team.

You will be working with one of the most successful award-winning and respected high-end house builders in the country.

The development is a brand new one and is in Perth area with around 90 units of semi-detached and detached timber kit homes.

To be considered you will need

  • Housebuild Site Management experience
  • Confidence in overseeing all trades and labour on site
  • A track record of working to budget and within timescales
  • Excellent programming and health and safety record

Current CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid are essential

Salaries 55k – 60k DOE + car/ CA + bonus + benefits
