My client, a 5* House Builder are looking for an Experienced Site Manager to join their Yorkshire region, where they focus on quality.
This is a great opportunity to join one of the country's leading house builders.
They're looking for an experienced Site Manager, who can deliver quality houses and in return, offer a very competitive salary, up to 20% performance related bonus, car or allowance, matched pension contributions and a real opportunity to progress withing the company.
The ideal candidate will be an Experienced Site Manager, with a proven track record in delivering quality, on time, to budget and hold;
- CSCS card at Site Manager level
- Valid SMSTS certificate
- Full UK Driving License
- BTEC diploma in Building Construction or NVQ Level 3 or 4 or similar
- Extensive experience as a Site Manager within residential house building
- Ability to chair and run meetings
- Proven track record of motivating staff and managing a site effectively
- Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy
Desirable -
- Valid Scaffold Appreciation Certificate
- Valid LOLER certificate
- A trade background
