Site Manager Job Description
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a contract position.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the construction project, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the project specifications and quality standards
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that it stays on track
- Manage subcontractors and other personnel working on the project
- Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed on the job site
- Communicate regularly with clients and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress
Qualifications:
-SMSTS & first aid
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
