A bespoke, privately owned developer that are situated in Redhill, are seeking a Trainee or Assistant Site Manager to join their young, fresh team. They are looking to double their team in the next year and then further double that the following.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee or Assistant Site Manger looking to progress their career and learn and develop. Will get support with training and gaining all tickets and qualifications if needs be.

The Trainee or Assistant Site Manager’s role

The successful Trainee or Assistant Site Manager will work closely with the Senior Site Manager and Contracts Manager, working on bespoke High-end Residential builds. You will join the team on a 5 unit bespoke Timber frame development, currently at groundworks stage, just south of Crawley.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Provide training to employees, including teaching and demonstrating safety practices.
·Work with the Project Manager to ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
·Train and manage the installation of new products.
·Coordinate with the Project Manager and other departments to ensure that all safety procedures are followed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
·High School diploma or equivalent required.
·2+ years of experience in a similar role required.
·Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, blueprints, etc. required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
