The Opportunity
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our Construction business. You will be based on site in London so must be within easy reach. You will manage the day to say site activities in a safe and profitable way whilst leading and guiding your site staff. Your duties will include being responsible for health and safely, managing sub-contractor packages and reviewing and maintaining short term contractor programmes.
What are we looking for?
We are keen to speak to candidates with proven experience of Site Management within the Construction industry. You will have a full understanding of the construction process and have effective planning, design and commercial skills. You will be able to demonstrate a focus on quality, and have an open and clear communication style, being able to get the best out of the site teams whilst also acting in an honest and professional manner when dealing with the customer. You will also be willing to listen to new ideas so we are able to develop and improve as a business.
