Site Manager

We have a permanent full time role available 5 out of 7 days a week mainly Monday to Friday in Stoke on Trent

Salary £30,000 a year

Responsible for: Managing ISM’s relationship with clients

  • Maintain customer focus and ensure the team achieve agreed standards of service at all times
  • Train and develop the team to ensure that they have the skills and attitudes to achieve agreed standards of service at all times.
  • Deliver value to clients within the agreed contract costs.
  • Promote a safety culture across the site, by managing, maintaining, and reviewing risk assessments.
  • Ensure data is used effectively to deliver consistent and timely management interventions.
  • Manage all budget lines including hours, consumables, and uniform costs for the site
  • Develop and promote continuous improvement strategy, policies, methods, and processes.
  • Provide regular updates as required by the Senior Management team.
  • Responsible for initiating recruitment and providing induction and training to new site colleagues.

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to train and develop others.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service through the effective engagement of the customer.
  • Excellent time management, organisation and planning skills to ensure effective timely delivery of a business objectives
  • Strong ability to communicate with business users and management of all levels in the delivery of reporting requirements.

Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
  • Experience in building relationships and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • High personal and professional standards of behaviour.
  • Capable of demonstrating delivery of objectives and performance measures.
  • A full driving license with the ability to travel in the UK.
