Site Manager - Warehouse Refurbishment Project - Southgate, North London
Future Build Recruitment are searching for Site Manager to work on a 22 week assignment for one of our clients - a medium sized general main contractor.
The project is a £1m internal refurbishment of a warehouse in Enfield which is due to start on the 31st July. We are seeking a Site Manager to run this project as a number one on site from start to finishing reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager (once a week)
Suitable candidates will have previous experience managing internal refurbishment projects to this value as a number one from start to finish. Previous experience delivery projects in the industrial (warehouse) sector would be highly desirable but is not essential.
