Job description
CTR Construction are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a new Education build due to start in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £250 to £270 Per Day
The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to begin a 10 month project in Sittingbourne, Kent. You will be managing a new teaching block on an existing school premises.
As SM on site, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing technical support and advice when required
- Running the day to day duties on site
- Daily briefings
- Site inductions
- Risk assessments
- Managing all H&S measures
- Daily, weekly and monthly preparation of reports
- & more
About You
You will need a valid SMSTS, Black CSCS, First Aid and valid UK Driving Licence.
You must also have experience on Education builds to be considered for the role.
What You Get
A Freelance position with a company that have completed/in the process of completing 3 projects with this school. They are a Kent based firm so there may be work coming from this after the 10 month project.
A competitive salary is also on offer of £250 to £270 per day.
