We are looking for a Site manager to join us for the next 4-6 months to work on a number of projects for our international clients The right candidate will have experience working on major projects (£7m-£10m) and will have a proven track record of success and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Understanding of sub contractor contracts/terms/scope Ensuring thorough understanding of the project, drawings and specs Executing Delivery strategy Managing stakeholders within the field/onsite Effective communication with stakeholders (client, landlord, tenant, agent) when on site Managing the performance of sub contractors Effective communication with Unispace team regarding on site performance Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studios to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace 80/20 methodology Ensuring alignment to the culture, values and behaviors of Unispace Managing Health & Safety on site Ensuring job site cleanliness Program management (Schedule) Punch list completion Quality control/quality assurance Onsite document control Site set up and establishment Executing site risk management plan and escalating any risks/issues to Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices Project close out Support implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Construction experience (relevant) Health & Safety standards and qualifications Construction sequencing Knowledge of building codes Understanding of drawings and specs Time management Communicating with impact Problem solving Influencing others Team development Attention to detail Commercial interior office fitouts Project management software system and Microsoft office suite Proven track record (delivery) Managed subcontractors
