Site Geologist or Site Engineering Geologist, Coventry, SOCOTEC UK, Up to £30,000 plus company van + fuel card, additional site based daily bonus + stay away allowances worth up to £5K+ p/a

We’re looking for a Site Geologist or Site Engineering Geologist to join an enthusiastic team delivering ground investigation and geotechnical services to a wide range of clients across the UK.

- Your confidence and knowledge of ground investigation techniques
- An ability to prepare Health & Safety documentation prior to and during the site works phase, as well as assisting with the managing the Health & Safety of operatives and promoting a safe working environment.
- An ability to act as a Site Agent or a support role, supervising multiple activities and staff for short and longer term projects.
- An ability to Perform in-situ testing and sampling in accordance with the specification and current technical standards and to log Soil and Rock in accordance with BS5930:2015 + A1:2020 and the specification.
- Accurate record keeping of all fieldwork tasks performed
- Good liaison skills with clients as well as colleagues
