FM Conway is currently searching for a professional Site Agent to join our Civil Engineering division.
Regular site visits across Kent, London and Sussex will be expected with the main reporting office to be at our head office in Sevenoaks which boasts a beautiful, green environment and on-site facilities that include a restaurant, free gym and free parking.

The Site Agent Role:
As our Site Agent you will play a key role within our Civils division by ensuring the smooth running of sites through regular liaison with both clients and the teams on site.
- Ordering plant and materials to support the smooth running of the works programme
- Monitoring and maintaining records of plant, labour and materials together with works additional to the programme
- Monitoring works to enable the accurate submission of accurate monthly invoices and final account settlement
- Ensuring that all works (including snagging) are completed to both a timely and satisfactory standard, including liaising with the client
What we’re looking for in our Site Agent:
We are searching for a professional manager who has a previous background working with civil engineering type works. The successful individual must hold the ability to plan, coordinate and allocate resource, prepare risk assessments, method statements whilst ensuring health and safety regulations are being adhered to. Highways experience is also essential as well as an ONC, HNC or degree in civil engineering.
