FM Conway is currently seeking a Site Agent to join our Structures division. Our Structures team are a busy, innovative and thriving area of the business, the scope of projects we have worked on have left a legacy in our field. As a Site Agent you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our major construction projects across Central London.

The duties of the role will include:

  • Managing scheme programmes, site mobilisation and software
  • Liaising with subcontractors as required and monitoring site resources
  • Raising awareness of any change to the site
  • Ensuring documented Safe Systems of Work are adhered to
  • Managing Site Plant, Labour and Materials
  • Managing quality of work and compliance to our quality plan
  • Completing and maintaining site records
  • Working in conjunction with the Contract Manager and Project Manager to comply with the companies ‘people first, go home safe’ policy
  • Utilising internal procurement IT systems

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a committed Site Agent with previous experience in existing highway infrastructure and associated works. You will have worked with local authorities and have a proven background managing multiple schemes simultaneously.
