Our team is currently seeking a Site Administrator for one our flagship projects on the River Thames, London.
We are looking for individuals with a flexible approach and an appetite to develop within an award winning business. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment and can apply your skills whilst working with a diverse range of clients and projects. Working in collaboration with various departments/areas of the group, supply chain and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered to the highest possible standard with regard to quality, time, safety and value.
Works will be project based. Flexible / Home working opportunities are available.
The Role:
- Sound basic knowledge of Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is a requirement for this role.
- Provide clerical support to the project team, including word processing, photocopying, fax and post duties.
- Complete general administrative duties, including filing of records
- Take and record messages accurately.
- Deal with incoming and preparation of outgoing mail.
- Track Site specific computerised quality programs (full training given)
- Log records on Health and safety computer programs (full training given) •
- Assist with production of reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required.
- Organising Travel arrangements for key project personnel.
- Carry out any other duties as are necessary within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Project Director.
This role is very varied and the above does not attempt to detail every activity. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.

- Proven experience of managing administration of Civil Engineering projects.
