As a Site Administrator at Merville Barracks. You'll provide efficient administration to support the site, You're the one with the skills to ensure behind the scenes of facilities run like clockwork and ensure your managers feel supported. What you’ll do:
- Must be an adaptable person who is able to be flexible and able to support with different tasks and areas on site.
- Providing assistance to military personnel in managing report writing schedules and Joint Personnel Administration (JPA) workflow if required
- Producing / Maintaining / Updating Repeat Orders, Convening Orders, Delegation of Powers and Board of Enquiries.
- Maintaining / Storing / Tracking documents on Unit/HQ homepage & JPA.
- Producing and Maintaining Unit personnel records and reports on JPA from Corporal to Officer.
- Compiling and organising / preparing mailshots / invitations / posters / advertising for Unit/HQ.
- Producing sensitive written work on behalf of CO.
- Maintaining current and accurate records of Married Quarter addresses
- Liaison with military personnel, families and outside organisations Assistance with unit-led functions, coffee mornings, etc.
What you bring:
- Excellent IT Skills
- Great knowledge of Microsoft office
- Good telephone manner
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure
