Job Role: SIA Security Officer
Location: Charlton Station
Pay Rate: £12.79 per hour

What does an SIA officer do?
· Provide an impeccable customer service experience to customers and passengers on the railway.
· Being vigilant and visible to all customers and other members of staff
· Assisting customers with the usage of lifts and luggage
· Communicate effectively with other staff and passengers in the interests of safety and customer service using information systems as supplied.
· Report any anti-social behavior with little disruption to other passengers as per the Railway Byelaws.
· Ensuring crowds are safely managed
SIA Security Officer will have significant experience gained within a similar security role and a background in delivering excellent customer service.
You must have a valid SIA DOOR SUPERVISER badge for this SIA Security Officer position.
