SIA Night Marshal Swansea, Wales
Job description
TitanServ Control Ltd are looking for a team of 4 experienced and reliable SIA officers to work together as Night Marshals in Swansea City Centre.
A Door Supervisor SIA badge is ESSENTIAL for this role, as well as experience in working with members of the public and working as part of a team.
This position is a self-employed, part time position on a permanent basis.
There are two roles within this position. Two members of staff will be patrolling a designated area of Swansea and the other two members of staff will be supervising the taxi ranks.
There is a patrolling role which will include
- Patrolling a designated area in Swansea
- Documenting any issues that arise whilst on patrols
- Assisting members of the public with directions, etc.
- Assisting vulnerable members of the public to first aid stations or to the taxi rank
The second role will include
- Queue management on the taxi rank
- Assisting members of the public to find a taxi
- Ensuring the safety of members of the public
- Keeping count of how many people use the taxi service (Counters are provided)
- Documenting any issues that arise in the taxi rank, such as arguments, abuse towards taxi drivers, physical altercations as well as any damage caused to taxis etc.
The shift patterns are:
Wednesday, Friday and Saturday night. 23:00 - 04:00. There is opportunity for further work for the right candidates.
