PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Based in Leeds, you will be responsible for the Security and Care of the residents living at one of our clients’ sites.
The role is extensive but includes duties such as monitoring CCTV, conducting patrols, completing paperwork to a high standard, and maintaining the welfare and safety of the residents living at the site.
The key functions of the role are as follows:
- Identification checks
- Managing entry & exit points
- Incident reporting
- Maintaining detailed occurrence logs
- Patrolling the premises
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Dealing with local licensing agencies & local authorities
- Representing TriGuard and our clients in line with our company values and cultural identity
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work 1700-2300
- Be fully flexible
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Polite and positive manner
- An outgoing and energetic team player
- Keen to learn new skills
- Eager to learn and progress within TriGuard
- Attention to detail
- Be able to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment
- Be able to work under your own initiative in a proactive manner
- Organisation skills
- A valid door supervision / manned guarding SIA Licence
- Must be able to work night shifts and weekends
- Access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential
