Job description
We are looking for SIA Event Steward (SIA Door Supervisor license holders only) to come and join our ever growing sports event team based in Manchester. You will receive a competitive salary of between £10.42 - £13.50 per hour.
Key responsibilities as our SIA Event Steward:
- Checking tickets
- Searching bags and the public upon their arrival
- Directing the public to their seats
- Answering any questions and assisting the public with any information on the event
- Supporting the response team by patrolling the venues of any disorder and removing people if needed
Our SIA Event Stewards will be covering:
- Festivals
- Concerts
- Indoor & Outdoor Events
- Football Stadiums in Manchester and the Northwest.
- Horse racing
- Cricket
- Rugby
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Clear communication skills
- Confident to communicate on the radio
- Confident in dealing with members of the public
- Commitment into working long hours outdoors
