Our company is looking for professional and experienced Door Supervisors to join our team. The right candidates are capable of effectively supervising venue patrons during events, and will be at the forefront of any issues or conflicts that may arise. We're seeking a person who is able to use sound judgment and commit to our company values.
Responsibilities:
- Work day shifts, night shifts and weekends with various hours
- Manage a queue of people waiting for entry.
- Ensure that those allowed entry are abiding by the venue's policies.
- Respond to any issues that may arise politley and professionaly
- Addressing security issues at the venue.
- Communicate with other door supervisors and security staff working at other areas of the venue.
- Manage large crowds
The above is brief description for some of main responsibilites. More will be discussed at interview. All candiates will need to hold current in date SIA door supervisor license. They will also need to attend interview.
Ideal candaite will posses following attributes:
- Excellent commuincation skills
- Polite and professional manner
- Postive can do attitude
- Good understand of role and knowledge of duties
Salary: £11.70-£12.60 per hour
