Job title: Team Leader

Division/Department: Front of House

Location: Oxford, OX1 1PB

Working Hours: Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis between the hours of 10:45am - 11:30pm (subject to change).

Pay: £11.25, plus service charge and tips.

Reporting To: General Manager

Job Purpose: As a Team Leader, you will help support the Management Team including the Supervisor to run the restaurant smoothly. Be a role model and great leader for other colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• To delight our customers with friendly, helpful service.
• Always look for ways to satisfy our customers and try to exceed their expectations

• To assist customers while they are in our sites with any questions or queries they may have
• To take payment from customers

Food/Drink Preparation & Service

• To prepare/garnish food & Drinks for our customers
• To follow all food safety training & ensure safe food
• To advise our customers about our food & drink products
• To serve food & drinks to our customers

Person spec:

• Experience leading a team front of house.
• Friendly approachable personality
• Energetic, confident and bubbly personality;
  
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Person who enjoys working in fast pace restaurant;
• Ability to work under pressure;
  
• Enthusiastic about customer service and reliable character;
• Strong team-player;
• Good level of spoken English;
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends (restaurant operates 7 days a week, shifts scheduled between 10:45am to 11:30pm- subject to change)
• Good communication skills;
• Eligible to work in the UK.

A two hour trial shift is required before any employment is considered.
