Job description
We are a fast-growing property company that specialises in short-term ( And long term) accommodation and we are looking for a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of basic household maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
Topping up boiler pressure
Unclogging blocked sinks and occasionally toilets
Basic dishwasher and washing machine issues
Lock changes
Paint touch ups
Minor household repairs
Fixing dripping taps
Replacing bathroom silicone
Responsibilities:
Responding to maintenance requests from our team in a timely and professional manner
Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
Keeping accurate records of work performed and time spent
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Communicating effectively with our team to provide updates on repairs and maintenance work
Requirements:
Prior experience in basic household maintenance tasks as listed above
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Valid driver's license is preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by guest needs
We offer competitive compensation and benefits and first refusal to all maintenance work required for 25+ properties in London.
The base rate of £650 pcm covers minor callouts and guaranteed availability, everything else can be discussed with a lot callouts being eligible additional payouts.
