SHOP MANAGER - Swansea
The post of Shop Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop working to maximise income for the charity. Representing the charity in the community, you will recruit, motivate, and develop volunteers to promote the work of Cancer Research Wales.
The post holder will be self-motivated, creative, passionate about providing high standards of customer service with excellent communication skills.
The post holder will have a broad range of responsibilities which will require significant initiative and flexibility, ensuring they work at all times in a professional and timely manner.
This role may require occasional cover of our other shops within the Cluster.
Cancer Research Wales - Swansea (11 College Street, Swansea SA1 5AF):
- Salary £17,137 gross p.a.
- Part time 30 hours per week - working 4 out of 7 days (Monday to Sunday)
- This is a permanent position
