As a Shopfitter on our team, you'll have the chance to showcase your talent and expertise as you execute store installations, refits, and shop-fitting tasks. Your key responsibility will be to create immersive retail experiences by implementing our visual merchandising strategies. You'll set up display equipment, install fixtures and fittings, and ensure products are perfectly stocked. With your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence, you'll create a seamless shopping journey for our customers, from the moment they step foot in the rug department until they make their final purchase.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Execute store installations, refits, and shop-fitting tasks, including display equipment setup, fixture and fitting installation, and product stocking.
- Install, maintain, and adjust point-of-sale (POS) and planograms in line with company guidelines.
- execute the complete shop fitting process, including dismantling and removing old installations, preparing the space for new installations, and assembling new fittings and fixtures.
- Implement store layout designs, ensuring they are in line with visual merchandising strategies and promote optimal customer engagement.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction standards, continuously striving for improvement.
Skills and experience:
- Prior experience in a similar shop fitting or visual merchandising role.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and mobile for reporting and communication.
- Possession of a valid, full, and clean UK driving license.
- Experience in a retail environment with a proven track record of achieving goals is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and within the team, manage time effectively, and meet customer deadlines.
- Flexibility to accommodate overnight stays and travel as required.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of installing large, heavy display equipment.

Location: The role is based at our Glossop headquarters, but frequent travel throughout the UK will be required.
You will have access to a company van for travel purposes.
Salary: £25,000
Hours of work: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
