What you'll do
  • Line Manager Responsibilities for the Administration Team
  • Manage the workflow of shopfitting orders, ensuring costs are signed off and WBS raised, orders placed and any queries dealt with in a timely manner
  • Produce weekly report on order status
  • Manage relationship with the Purchasing Team / Suppliers on a daily basis ensuing any issues are dealt with and communicated
  • Liaise with SAP Team on any issues that arise with the system
  • Liaise with AP Team on any invoice queries
  • Attend the weekly regional meetings and provide feedback / raise items where appropriate to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date
  • Manage the Shopfitting Folder Structure ensuring folders are set up for each Shopfitting Project in a timely manner and all relevant documentation is filed correctly
  • Ensure Orders are receipted once the shop is open and confirm with Project Manager, Cost & Contracts Manager and Compliance Manager when the final 10% can be signed off.

  • You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative
