Main responsibilities
- Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all departments and maximising sales opportunity in order to achieve sales targets
- Ensure to be up-to-date knowing school uniform policies
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Receiving new stock, barcoding and tagging
- Maintaining a fully stocked shop and stockrooms
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.

Salary: £9.50-£11.33 per hour
