Job description
We’re hiring a part time shop assistant for our Northampton bakery!
-Hours: Wednesday & Friday - 9:30am-3pm.
-Preferably not in any education
-Cake decorating or baking experience not essential (but is a bonus!)
A few job roles include:
-Greet customers entering the shop
-Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
-Upselling products in a friendly manner and promoting new bakes
-Replenish shop counters and display bakes to attract customers
-Taking celebration cake orders and showing customers their orders
We’re looking for someone who is fun, committed to work and has team player mentalities. We also ask for the following:
-Have a happy, friendly personality
-Good level of literacy and numeracy
-Experience working in a food-based or retail job
This is a part time, permanent job. More hours may become available at a later date.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 11 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
