FM Conway is currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join the team based in Erith. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, weekends included.

The responsibilities of our Shipping Coordinator
- Coordinating Shipping by contacting vessels
- Booking vessels, establishing arrival times and liaising with port agencies
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing of orders
- Generating Quotes
- Providing general administration support and operational cover
- Generating orders, receipting for goods and resolving invoice queries
- Providing telephony and email support outside of business hours
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed and key timescales are achieved
- Providing Weighbridge support as and when required
What we are looking for in our Shipping Coordinator
We are looking for a professional candidate, who has experience of Shipping. You will be a confident communicator via telephone, email and face to face. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong customer focus and be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
