Rare opportunity to work for a renowned swimwear, fashion & jewellery brand loved by many! Our client is looking for an Assistant to support them with their shipping requirements and ensure the smooth running of all their deliveries ensuring customers receive their items correctly and on time.

You will receive full training for the role and then you will have the freedom to manage your work to suit you.
So what will be required of you in a week…
· Login to various sites to check orders.
· Organise shipping/printing addresses.
· Pick & pack stock.
· Take to post office and manage deliveries.
· Stock management
· Returns/exchanges.
· Invoicing
The ideal person for this role
· Attention will be key here – our client offers lots of variety in the same colours/materials which can be easily mistaken if you’re not on the ball!
· Able to manage your own time.
· Committed
· IT Literate
· Calm relaxed & able to work well under pressure when things get busy.
