Responsibilities: As a Shift Manager, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Assistant Manager, providing feedback and guidance to improve store performance.
  • Motivating and leading your shift team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Demonstrating excellence through your own actions to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety standards, maintaining quality, and accuracy of orders.
  • Upholding Health and Safety regulations throughout the store.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, leading by example.
  • A talent for recognizing and rewarding staff efforts and achievements.
  • Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
